The full board meets 5 times per year and additional sub committees meet at least quarterly. The subcommittees are broken into personnel, finance, development, membership, executive, and program areas. The subcommittees report back to the full board on their meetings, decisions, and findings. In addition, ad hoc committees are formed as needed for areas of agency focus and have included strategic planning, endowment, succession, and pension committees.
