The Supported Housing provides permanent housing for people who are seriously and persistently mentally ill to live independently in the community.
The primary group of tenants are Asian American mentally ill, which makes this program the first of its kind in NY State. The program offers 43 beds in 22 fully furnished apartments. Biliingual and bicultural case management services and ADL skills trainings are provided.
Be 18 years of age or older and have a documented history of mental disability and primary psychiatric disgnosis DSM IV Axis I.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Monthly rent is 30% of tenant's income. The source of income is SSI, SSDI, and/or salary.
